Debra J. (Flanagan) Huebner, 64, Kellogg

Debra J. Huebner, (Flanagan) 64, of Kellogg, IA. passed away March 18th, 2025 surrounded by her family.

Debra was born January 8th, 1961 to Harold and Lila (Steward) Flanagan. She grew up alongside her brothers, Craig and Rick and graduated from West Marshall High School in 1979.

She spent many years working as a secretary for the Newton and Grinnell Newburg school systems.

On January 18th, 1991 Debra was united in marriage to Bentley Huebner and they enjoyed 34 years together.

Debra is survived by her husband, Bentley; her children, Chad (Stacey) Coleman, Emalene (Lucas) Huebner and Miranda (John) Huebner Mauer; her grandchildren Andrew, Savannah, Bennett, Nilsa, and Oaklee; and her brothers Craig and Rick (Carol), and her beloved yellow lab, Cooper.

She us preceded in death by her parents Harold and Lila.

There will be a celebration of life held in her honor at the Moose Lodge, 2233 South 24th Ave. Newton, IA. on Saturday, April 5th from 11am – 2pm. Further details at smithfh.com.
